In this setup, the truck driver or their assistant uses a mobile device to log each checkpoint in real time. The system captures location, weight, and time data automatically, while allowing manual confirmation when network connectivity is limited. Here, a dedicated staff member is stationed at each checkpoint to verify and record the truck’s passage, weight, and documentation. The process ensures third-party validation and consistent data accuracy, making it well-suited for high-security routes or regulated cargo operations.
At this stage, the cargo is loaded onto the truck and digitally registered in iPortus. All shipment details, including container ID, weight, and assigned driver, are automatically captured.

As the truck reaches the weighbridge, iPortus automatically logs the gross and net weight.
If there’s any difference from the port’s initial record, the system flags it instantly, helping detect tampering or load loss early.
Upon reaching the warehouse, the final weight and delivery details are captured.
